Our German style Kolsch ale is a light golden color. It has a soft, malty sweetness and balanced hop bitterness. The crisp, dry finish leaves you craving glass after glass. Perfect for early summer days.

Crisp and refreshing, our Boxcar Blonde is sure to quench even the biggest thirst. This beer has a deep straw color, balanced bitterness and just a touch of hop flavor.

“Lager of the Sun” richly golden in color, slightly hoppier in flavor but with that easy drinking style reminiscent of some of your “South of the Border” favorites. Garnished with a slice of lime.

Our Oktoberfest offering is a rich lager brewed with a mixture of carastan and crystal malts and traditional German hops. This German classic is known for its malty character and a clean lager taste; medium bodied with a warm amber color.

This is a well-balanced, full flavored beer made in the style of a Red IPA. It consists of a rich malty body with a slight nutty characteristic and finished with a sharp hop bite.

This is a heavier bodied ale with a higher bitterness. The blend of several varieties of American hops make this copper colored ale especially pleasing for pale ale lovers. Prominent hop aroma with citrus and floral notes. Hop emphasized with a firm bitterness accented by a subtle malt sweetness.

A rich, dark, heavier ale made with chocolate, black and roasted barley malts and gelatinized oatmeal. Lightly hopped, this brew is slightly sweet, full of body and flavor.

This handsome amber ale is created by balancing a selection of crystal and caramel malts moderately hopped resulting in a rich full bodied satisfying brew. Most well received, well balanced, and flavorful ale to the public. Pairs well with sharp cheeses, meats, and BBQ.
